Ship a Product — MVP for $3,000, Hosted App for $5,000
Two fixed-price paths for one clear idea. Start with an interactive prototype to validate and demo in two weeks, or go straight to a production-ready hosted web application in four. Either way, it is real working software deployed to an environment you own, with the source code yours at handover.

Most AI ideas die between the deck and the build
Agencies quote six figures and six months. Freelancers ship a demo that breaks on the second user. Internal teams are already booked for two quarters. So the idea stalls at the slide stage, and by the time the budget clears, the market has moved.
So we split the work at the point where risk actually changes. First prove the idea works with an interactive prototype. Then, only if it does, harden it into a hosted application real users depend on.
Weeks, not quarters
Two or four weeks to handover, with working builds every week.
No scope surprises
Written scope approved in week one; the fee does not move.
Production-grade foundations
Typed codebase, real auth, row-level security, deployable.
North American delivery
Canada HQ, US and Canadian business-hours collaboration.
Two packages, two fixed prices
Pick the one that matches the decision you are trying to make. Prototype clients can upgrade later and keep their credit.

How the build runs
The prototype package covers weeks one and two. The hosted app package runs all four. You see working software every week, so there is never a black box.
Week 1
Scope and shape
We define the single job the product must do, the user it serves, and the success metric. You approve a written scope and the core UX flow.
Week 2
Interactive build
The clickable app and its GenAI capability go live behind a private URL. This is where the $3,000 prototype package ends and hands over.
Week 3
Production hardening
Real auth, permissions, database, and integrations replace the prototype scaffolding, with prompts evaluated against your own examples.
Week 4
Deploy and handover
Performance, edge cases, analytics, hosting on your domain, and a recorded walkthrough plus full source handover.
What teams build with us
Six patterns that fit comfortably inside either package.
Internal AI copilot
A private assistant over your documents, tickets, or CRM notes so your team stops searching manually.
Customer-facing SaaS MVP
The thinnest version of your product idea that a real user can sign up for and pay attention to.
Document intake and extraction
Upload PDFs or forms, extract structured fields, review in a queue, export to your system of record.
Lead qualification agent
Score, enrich, and route inbound leads with an AI step that explains its reasoning.
Reporting and insight dashboard
Pull marketing or ops data into one view with natural-language querying on top.
Investor or sales demo
A credible working demo to raise or sell against, instead of a Figma file.
The stack we ship on
We standardize on a modern, boring, well-documented stack so your prototype can graduate into production without a rewrite — and so any developer you hire later can read it.
How we hold these prices
- — One job to be done, chosen in week one and defended to handover.
- — Reusable foundations for auth, billing, roles, and AI plumbing.
- — AI-assisted development with human review on every commit.
- — Async-first communication with one scheduled call per week.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the $3,000 prototype and the $5,000 app?
The $3,000 Interactive Prototype is a real, clickable application with a working GenAI capability running on sample data — built to validate, demo, and de-risk. The $5,000 Production-Ready Hosted App adds real authentication, a production database, live integrations, hosting on your domain, and monitoring, so actual users can rely on it.
Are these fixed prices?
Yes. Both are fixed USD fees for the scope described on this page, billed 50% at kickoff and 50% at handover. There is no hourly overage. If your requirements are larger than the scope, we tell you before you pay and quote the difference separately.
Can I start with the prototype and upgrade later?
That is the most common path. If you move to the production package within 60 days of prototype handover, the $3,000 you already paid is credited toward it, so you pay the $2,000 difference.
How long does each package take?
Two weeks from kickoff to handover for the Interactive Prototype, four weeks for the Production-Ready Hosted App. Faster is sometimes possible when the scope is narrow and feedback is same-day.
Who owns the code?
You do. You receive the full source repository, deployment configuration, and architecture notes at handover, with no lock-in to us.
What do the running costs look like after handover?
You pay only for infrastructure and model usage in your own accounts. Early-stage apps typically run in the tens of dollars per month until usage grows.
Do you work with North American time zones?
Yes. We are headquartered in Canada and run delivery on North American business hours, with overlap for both East and West coast teams.
Ready to see your idea running in weeks?
Tell us the one job your product should do. We’ll confirm on a 30-minute call which package fits — and say so plainly if neither does.
